If you discover a fault with your purchased products, please return it to the kiosks/shops or website where it was purchased along with the receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the nature of the fault.

We understand that preferences may change. If you have a change of heart about your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or store credit. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items:
Power Banks: We cannot provide a refund or exchange for power banks unless they are faulty.
Headphones and EarPods: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for headphones and EarPods. However, they can be exchanged if they are faulty.
